The service
energie.gg is a personal journal for logging encounters and the energy they carry. It is offered as-is, for personal reflection. Features may change or be removed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and your account secure. Turning on two-factor authentication in Security is strongly recommended. Tell the operator if you think someone else has access to your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you log. You are responsible for what you write about other people and for using the app in line with the laws that apply to you.
Backups and data loss
No online service is perfect. Bugs, outages, provider failures or your own deletions can lose data, and the operator does not guarantee that your entries will always be available or recoverable. Use the CSV export regularly so you always hold your own copy — that export is your backup.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the app. The app is not a substitute for professional, medical or legal advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to harass, stalk or profile people.
- Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data.
- Do not overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and request deletion at any time. The operator may discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.
This page is written by the operator of energie.gg in plain language. It is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before relying on it.
